Higherlands is an independent brand based out of Brockton Village, Toronto. Higherlands grounds garments in designs, durability and craftsmanship that are distinctly Canadian.

Higherlands designs clothing and accessories. All items are printed, tagged and packaged locally in Toronto.

If you have not yet received confirmation of shipping and would like to change your shipping address, please email hello@higherlands.ca with your order number, and we’ll make every effort to accommodate your request.

Please note an address change is not guaranteed until one of our team members has confirmed your request has been processed.

Higherlands will charge for the full cost of orders immediately. If you see any additional pending charges on your account, please allow up to 3 business days for them to reverse.

If you coordinated local pickup for your order, we will hold it at our Brockton Village studio for 6 months before putting your item(s) back online. Refunds will not be offered on items left unclaimed for over 6 months. 

No. If a size, colour, or garment doesn’t appear online, it is not currently available.You can also subscribe to our mailing list to receive updates on new items and re-stocks.

Sales tax is applied to all domestic orders. The tax is calculated based on applicable sales tax and use tax laws within each province.

Unless otherwise specified, product prices already reflect any applicable discounts. All offers are limited to stock on hand; no rain checks or vouchers are available unless specifically noted.
Discounts and special offers are not valid after purchase, on prior purchases, gift cards, gift certificates, taxes, shipping or handling, or processing charges. Offers may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, promo, coupon and/or offer. Promotions have no cash value. Offers cannot be sold, transferred, or otherwise bartered. Void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted.

Returns or cancellations require equal forfeiture of offer or amount equal to offer. Higherlands has the right to end or modify any promotion at any time at its sole discretion. Other restrictions may apply. Offers only apply to Canada unless otherwise noted.



Domestic and International orders will be shipped from our Brockton Village studio within 7-10 business days of your order date. Pre-orders on sold out items will ship once the re-stock arrives at our Brockton Village studio.



You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your package ships, via the email you placed your order with. Make sure to check all inboxes, including your spam folder, for your shipping confirmation. Please note it can take up to 4 business days for your tracking link to update.

Domestic orders normally arrive within 5-10 days of shipping, unless otherwise noted. International orders normally arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipping.

Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays.

Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We unfortunately can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

Please note that shipping delays will occur if you provide an incorrect address at checkout. If your package is returned to our facility due to a shipping error, we’ll reach out to you via the email address provided with your shipping information. If we don’t get a response within 5 business days, we hold the right to refund your order. This applies to all merchandise orders, including limited edition and pre-order sales.

Please note that in the event of an order split shipping, we can only refund you for what has been returned to us.

If your item has not arrived by 60 days post ship-date, please let us know via email to receive a full refund. Alternatively, we're happy to provide a reshipment if stock permits. Please allow the full 60 day term before claiming your item as lost or stolen.

International postal and customs fees are at the discretion of local postal and customs offices, and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser to cover upon arrival. If any supplementary fees or charges are applied to your package once it leaves our facility, but are refused at the time your delivery, your order will be returned to us without the possibility of a refund.

If you’re interested in purchasing items from Highlands and are unsure of international customs fees and charges, please contact your local postal or customs office.


Some carriers will mark a package as 'Delivered' up to 5 business days before it's actually delivered. Please reach out to the shipping carrier to get insight into any possible delays, and check with your neighbours in case of any incorrect drop-offs. If you're still unable to locate your package after these steps, please email us at hello@higherlands.ca.


If you’re not completely satisfied with your item(s) and would like to set up an exchange or refund, please email us at hello@higherlands.ca within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please ensure your items are unworn, unwashed and unaltered with all tags attached before you mail them back to our studio. Higherlands does not cover the cost of return shipping and returns must be received within 10 days of re-opening in order to receive a full refund or complete an exchange. If items are received past this point, they will be sent back to you.

Pre-order items, sale items, items purchased with a discount code and accessories are all final sale.



If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@higherlands.ca for next steps on processing your return.
Please note that damaged items must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt in their original packaging, in as-new condition with tags and printed receipt. Returned items cannot be washed, worn, used, or altered in any way.




Returns or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the date you receive your order. Please note that limited edition items are not eligible for exchanges.

You will cover the cost of return shipping, except in any case where we are responsible for the cause of the return or exchange (see “Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders”).





Please allow 3-5 business days for your item to be processed. Refunds typically take 2-3 business days to appear in your account once they’ve been processed, but can occasionally take up to 5 business days.






If your package is returned to our studio due to a shipping error, we’ll contact you for an updated address via the email provided with your shipping information.
